Brief History
The Changing Ways Bible College and Seminary is a non - profit theological institution of higher learning under the leadership of Rev. Dr Frederick Adjei. The college was established with the core aim of providing adequate, quality and affordable bible knowledge training for persons in leadership position in Christian ministries.
Changing Ways Bible College and Seminary was established in the year 2007 with the mandate of training and raising men and women to reach out to the world with the Good News of our Lord Jesus Christ. In January 2008, the college receives letters and accreditation as an extension college of New Life Bible College and seminary, in Hillsville, Virginia, USA, to run academic and theological programmes leading to the award of certificates, diplomas, and degrees in Biblical studies. In 2009, the college was incorporated in Ghana under the Companies Code Act 592.
Changing Ways Bible College and Seminary (CWBCS) not only train Christian leaders but also ordain and license ministers into fulltime ministry with international ordination certificate and ministerial license from our extension college in Virginia, USA.
Since its inception, God has used CWBCS to prepare hundreds of men and women for faithful service of Christ as pastors, teachers, missionaries, evangelists, bible school lecturers, and even as lay members in churches. With God's blessing upon the Seminary, Changing Ways has seen its influence for Jesus Christ extend around the world, having provided training not only for Ghanaians, but also for believers from other nations who came to Changing Ways to prepare for the service of God in their own countries.
The present administration and faculty of the Seminary is committed to a continuing expansion of the college to become one of the finest Christian university in Ghana dedicated to theological education and holistic training in leadership to the glory of the Lord Jesus Christ.
VISION
Equipping workmen to be able to carry the Word of God in whatever aspect they have been called to do. Partnering with Pastors and Churches in building the local Church. The college and seminary seeks to be a world class academic and professional excellence and also prepare workers for Christian ministry.
MISSION STATEMENT
Raising men and women to reach and influence the world by building bible-based churches, changing lives and empowering people to fulfil their God-given purpose.
CORE VALUES
TRUTH: We hold the Scriptures to be true, the focal point of our education process, and the authority for all we teach and do.
SERVICE: We prepare men and women to live according to a biblical worldview by consistently linking their education with the implications for Christian service in the church and the world.
CHARACTER: We promote the development of intellectual and spiritual maturity, leadership potential, servanthood, and a sense of mission and ministry.

STATEMENT OF FAITH
Changing Ways Bible College and Seminary (CWBCS) believes in the following:
* THE BIBLE: We believe the Bible is the Inspired Word of God. (2 Timothy 3:15-17).
*THE ONE TRUE GOD: We believe in the existence of the One true God. Maker of the universe; a trinity in unity: God-the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. (Deuteronomy 6:4; Isaiah 43:10-11; Matthew 28:19; Luke 3:23).
* THE SINFULNESS OF MAN: We believe all have sinned and come short of the glory of God. Hence, the need for repentance. (Romans 3:23).
* THE SAVIOUR: We believe Jesus Christ as the Saviour, because of his deity, virgin birth, sinless life, atoning death, Resurrection and Ascension, and his abiding intercession. (Colossians 1:16; Matthew 1:23; Hebrews 7:26; I Corinthians 15:3; Matthew 28:6; Acts 1:9; Romans 8:34).
* JUSTIFICATION AND SANCTIFICATION: We believe that our justification is accomplished through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus. We are also sanctified unto holiness for the coming of Christ. (Romans 3:24; 1 Thessalonians 5:23)
* IN THE BAPTISM AND GIFTS OF THE HOLY SPIRIT: We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit to empower us for service as well as the gifts of the Holy Spirit for the perfecting of the saint for the work of the ministry. (Acts 1:8; 1 Corinthians 12:8-11).
* THE ORDINANCES OF THE CHURCH: (A) Water baptism by immersion: All who repent of their sins and accept Jesus as their Lord and personal saviour are eligible for water baptism. (Matthew 28:19). (B) The Lord Supper: Do it in remembrance of Christ till he comes. (1 Corinthians 11:24).
* DIVINE HEALING: We believe Jesus Christ as the divine healer who has the power to heal the sick. (Matthew 8:16-17).
* THE SECOND COMING & THE MILLENNIAL REIGN OF CHRIST: We believe that Christ will come again. The dead in Christ will rise, then the redeem that are alive will be caught up together to meet the Lord in the air. (Acts 1:10-11; 1 Thessalonians 4:17). The second coming of Christ will begin the thousand (Millennial) reign of Christ over an earthly kingdom. (Revelation 20:2,6).
* FINAL JUDGMENT: We believe that every man would be judged according to his work. (Revelation 20:11-14).
ACCREDITATION
Changing Ways Bible College and Seminary is fully accredited as an extension college of New Life Bible College and Seminary, Hillsville, Virginia, USA. The New Life Bible College and Seminary is accredited by the New Life Christian Schools and Colleges International Accreditation Association. The purpose of the Accreditation Program is to establish standards of excellence in both educational and spiritual avenues. NLCSCIA is a worldwide accreditation that honours the separation of church and state, and extends beyond national boundaries. Its standards and expectations measure compliance with scriptural principles as applied to education. New Life Bible College and Seminary is a Certified Academic Institute of the National Christian Counsellors Association, one of the largest Christian counselling associations in the world. The National Christian Counsellors Association is accredited by the Accrediting Commission International (A.C.I.) as a Comprehensive Accredited Member. It is also fully accredited by the National Private Schools Association Group (NPSAG). The programme is Christian oriented and Bible based. Students who enrol in the New Life Bible College and Seminary programme through Changing Ways Bible College and Seminary will be completing NCCA courses and will receive upon completion of their degree licensing through the NCCA.
The purpose of accreditation is to:
certify that an institution has met the established standards of excellence assist prospective students in identifying reputable institutions, which offer degree programmes that will meet their needs and goals allow institutions to evaluate the acceptability of transfer credits into their own curricula programmes In the United States, accreditation of universities and seminaries is a voluntary process with accreditation granted by private, non-governmental agencies. Governmental agencies do not provide theological or ministry accreditation.
Government-recognized accreditation is not necessary for the religious vocations in which we are equipping our students and people working in ministry positions do not need a government-accredited degree.
Changing Ways Bible College and Seminary (CWBCS) do not prepare students for secular work or denominational service. We seek to provide a sound theological standing from which our students may fulfil their divine purpose and calling.

Dear Prospective Student, Welcome to Changing Ways Theological Seminary. We are pleased to learn that you are considering CWTS for your theological and biblical education. We are sure that you will find that CWTS will be a tremendous blessings to you and your theological and ministerial pursuits.
Changing Ways Theological Seminary has as its number one goal of equipping workmen and women to be able to carry the Word of God in whatever aspect they have been called to do so. We train our students to meet the demands of today’s ministry. Our vision is to partner with Churches and Christian Organizations in helping them accomplish their purpose.
CWTS is a leader in Biblical education in Ghana. We pride ourselves in supplying individually tailored Degree Programmes to fit the student’s educational and denominational requirements. In addition, students are afforded the opportunity to apply Life Experience Credits towards any Degree Programme offered through our seminary.
